Romeo is a CPA and CFO to many of our accounting clients. He naturally believes the billing cycle is closely a part of accounting. He makes it a priority to integrate our data and information to meet company reporting goals.

His wife is a BCBA that owns an ABA practice so he has first-hand experience of the challenges and obstacles of billing. He has helped numerous clients with system implementation, revenue cycle management processes, etc. He can also be a strategic partner to help your business reach its highest position.

Courtney joined our team in 2021 as a Executive Administrative Assistant. In this position, she had the opportunity to learn about ABA Billing business operations, clients, and processes. She later became a project manager, fielding all client questions, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that our clients were having successful engagements. With a background of over 15 years in customer service and process development, Courtney is a natural operations manager.

Currently, she assists with day-to-day operations, develops company-wide processes and workflows, serves as a Client Success Manager, and oversees HR and training of staff members.

Brittany joined Agile ABA Billing in 2021 as the Billing Manager. In her current role she has streamlined processes to create short claim life cycles, decrease front end errors, and provide educational resources to our clients. Brittany received her Medical Billing and Coding Certification from Central Texas College and later on pursued a BS from Lamar University majoring in Healthcare Administration. She has over 8 years of experience in healthcare RCM, has worked in many different specialties, but specializes in ABA Therapy.

Brittany takes pride in creating an easy balance between front office and back office workflows which ultimately creates a better experience for patient care.
